The Emotional Eating 2.0 Program is a unique e-course where you will create your unique blueprint to become balanced and an in control healthy eater. If you are tired of eating emotionally. I have designed a new program to help you learn how to eat for health and energy. I actually give away the original as a bonus in my SHINE program. After years of working with clients and helping them learn how to eat healthy, I formulated this program so you can have the tools forever to manage your emotional eating. Let’s face it, you can’t have a therapist hold your hand forever. It just isn’t feasible. What you can do is learn the tools you need to help yourself when needed. The strategies I will teach you are unique to each person so it really is your personal blueprint. I want to see you become a healthy eater who has a choice in what they eat. I don’t believe in diets, I believe in lifestyle changes.
What Will You Learn?
Each week you will receive an audio lesson, a mini workbook and a 1 hour one-on-one call to support you on your journey.
Week 1 – What Is An Emotional Eater You will learn how you became an emotional eater, and understand why it’s not all your fault. Many of you were taught to be emotional eaters. Your parents, or caregiver did not do this intentionally. Learning about how this happened will help you unravel this habit that has been created and begin your journey to becoming a healthy eater.
Week 2 – Core Issues & Reprogramming Them You will focus on what your core issues are with food. Learn about some mistruths you were told growing up that eventually became part of your beliefs and how to begin to undo them. Learning what your mistruths are is powerful. Once you are aware of them it becomes so much easier to change the mistruths. You can change your mistruths into powerful truths that resonate with who you are, and will be empowering to you.
Week 3 – How to Deal with your own Saboteur You will learn why you might slip and make unhealthy choices and what strategies you can you to stop sabotaging yourself and stop using food as your crutch.Imagine how liberating it will be not to depend on food as your source of comfort. You can begin to develop healthier choices to deal with your emotions.
Week 4 – Learn to Love Yourself You will learn about the importance of loving and respecting yourself and your body. How you can stop feeling poorly about yourself and strategies to stop judging yourself and start loving and respecting yourself and your body. When you begin to love and respect yourself and your body, you become more confident. When you have confidence this flows into all aspects of your life both personally and professionally.
Week 5 – Strategies to Conquer Emotional Eating Learn the newest strategies to help you maintain being a healthy eater. This session provides you with tools that can set you free from emotional eating forever.This strategy takes bit of time daily for a bit of time. Once you have completed this you will feel you are beginning on a new path in your life, free from food as your crutch.
Week 1 – You will receive a workbook this week that will give you the opportunity to journal things from your past that you have become aware of, that link you to seeing food as a way of comforting yourself, and help distract you when you are bored.
Week 2 – In week 2 you will complete exercises that help you clear some of your core issues that were built on mistruths. Discover how powerful your mistruths have been, and how you can begin to shift them.
Week 3 – This week you will deal with “How to Deal with Your Own Saboteur” and what to do when you slip, what strategies you can put into place to effectively stop the slip, from moving into days or weeks of emotional eating all all over again.
Week 4 – Week 4 gives you time to remember about how important it is to love yourself and some practical strategies to control your overeating.
Week 5 – In the final week the new strategies you listened to in the audio recording will be reviewed and you will have an opportunity to also use one of the mantras I suggest or create your own. This mini workbook will help you complete the program and shift out of being an emotional eater.
