“The cobbler has no shoes.”
The cobbler—always busy making shoes for everyone else while he and his family go barefoot. I was like the cobbler. I was the mother of two active boys—carpooling, baking cookies, doing the laundry, walking the dog. Simultaneously, I had a private counseling practice, and I lectured frequently, wrote articles, and developed courses. “I can handle it,” I kept telling myself. One day it dawned on me: Something was missing. I had lost my glow—my zest for life. I was burned out. To use a well-known cliche, I had no time to stop and smell the roses.
After years of helping women achieve lifestyle balance, I realized I needed to create a more balanced lifestyle for myself.
I decided to create a course and write a book.
The course is SHINE it is a 6 month jump start course. When you sign up for the course you will also receive a free copy of my book, “Overwhelmed to Overjoyed”.
